TASTE was developed on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce of Bozen (South Tyrol / Italy) to redesign the wine tasting
room, focussing on functionality and originality.
TASTE consists of three parts: table, cartridge for the china-cuspidor and the china-cuspidor itself. Table and
cartridge consist of wood, mainly smoked oak and a special white glass panel. The china-cuspidor is cone-shaped - as
an abstraction of a bunch of grapes. Furthermore the china absorbs the acidic smell of the wine and can be cleaned
fast and hygienically in the dish washer.
